Abstract

|
In 1942 Klinefelter described the first case of Klinefelter´s syndrome. Since then more cases have been investigated about genetics and male infertility by hormone assay and psychopathologically. We report here a case of chromatin-positive Klinefelter´s syndrome the karyotypee of which, is XXY. He is complicated by psychiatric, disorder and a chronic inactive hepatitis which is presumably a rare complication.
